Email Angela Rayner: To end rough sleeping, you must scrap the Home Office's hostile immigration plans

New Prime Minister Andy Burnham has committed to end rough sleeping in the UK. But his Government is pushing forward with immigration plans that will make more families homeless.

The plans will see more refugees evicted onto the streets and more children of migrant workers stuck in poverty.

Enough children to fill Wembley Stadium could be growing up in poverty because of the Home Office's earned settlement policies.

Time and time again migrants and refugees have been left behind in the Government's commitments – whether that’s in cost-of-living support for families struggling to make ends meet or in their plans to end child poverty. It can’t happen again now.

Secretary of State for Housing Angela Rayner is responsible for putting the commitment into action. Email her now and tell her: to end rough sleeping this Government must bin the Home Office’s hostile immigration plans.
